Personal update

If you’ve found this blog a little quiet lately, then firstly: thanks for returning, and secondly: you’re right – it has been quiet. Very quiet.

    Hi Cæcilie,

    Thank you for your informative videos on rosacea. I have been officially diagnosed with a mild-moderate subtype 1 with a little bit of adult acne a few months ago, and would love to know if you find that diet affects your rosacea. If so, could you do a post/video about foods or supplements that you find beneficial for your skin? When you are settled and have time, of course!

      Hi, I’m glad you’ve found them useful 🙂 You are not the first to ask me that question. It’s becoming a FAQ, so I have to make a video on the topic. But to give a brief answer I havn’t heard of any evidenced based diet beneficial for people with rosacea. But I’ll have to dig in to the litterature before I’ll get back.
